This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Service provided by IVS Softtech®️ Pvt. Ltd. By using the services of IVS Softtech®️ Pvt. Ltd., you are bound by this AUP. It outlines the prohibited actions while using the services and sets forth the responsibilities of the customer. You agree to use the services in a lawful manner and ensure that neither you nor your end users engage in illegal, improper, or abusive activities.

The following examples provide a non-exhaustive list of prohibited activities when using the services. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws:

1. Inappropriate Content: Engaging in activities or transmitting information that contains inappropriate content. This includes content that may be defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, or harmful to individuals or entities based on various factors such as race, sex, religion, nationality, etc.
2. Fraudulent or Deceptive Behavior: Creating false identities, forged email addresses, or engaging in any deceptive or misleading activities that aim to mislead others regarding the sender’s identity or the origin of a communication.
3. Malicious Software: Uploading or distributing viruses, trojan horses, worms, or any other harmful programs that can damage or disrupt computer systems or networks.
4. Network Interference: Interfering with or disrupting networks connected to the services, or violating the regulations, policies, or procedures governing those networks.
5. Illegal Activities: Promoting or engaging in illegal activities or terrorism through the services.
6. Intellectual Property Infringement: Infringing upon or violating the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, etc.
7. Adult Content: Creating, transmitting, or promoting adult services or content of an adult nature, including nudity, sexual activity, or any content deemed inappropriate at the sole discretion of IVS Softtech®️ Pvt. Ltd.
8. Privacy and Data Protection: Violating applicable data protection and data privacy laws and regulations while using the services.
9. Impersonation: Impersonating any person or entity without their consent.
10. Fraudulent Activity: Using your account for fraudulent activity with respect to third parties or attempting to bypass legitimate identification systems.
11. Spamming and Unsolicited Advertising: Engaging in spamming or unsolicited advertising activities that violate anti-spam laws and regulations, such as the US CAN SPAM Act, the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and similar laws in other jurisdictions.
12. Unauthorized Usage: Using the services in a manner not authorized by IVS Softtech®️ Pvt. Ltd.
13. Reselling or Timesharing: Reselling, sublicensing, renting, or timesharing the services or any portion thereof without the express written consent of IVS Softtech®️ Pvt. Ltd.
14. Misuse of Numbers: Using IVS Softtech®️ Pvt. Ltd.’s long virtual numbers or voice numbers for purposes such as identity verification, bulk messaging, automated messaging, or other similar activities without proper authorization.
15. Emergency Services: Offering or claiming to offer any Emergency Services, such as connecting with emergency personnel or public safety answering points, through the services.
16. Artificial Traffic Inflation: Generating artificially increased traffic to boost revenue without providing any real benefit to the originator of the call.
17. Unbalanced Voice Traffic: Sending a substantial amount of voice traffic disproportionately to specific regions or number ranges within a country, causing material costs to IVS Softtech®️ Pvt. Ltd. beyond what is incurred for evenly distributed voice traffic within the country.
18. Service Disruption: Damaging, interfering with, or adversely impacting the availability, reliability, or stability of the services or third-party systems and networks related to the services.
19. Denial of Service Attacks: Overburdening, disabling, or facilitating denial of service attacks on the services or related third-party systems and networks.
20. Security Risks: Attempting to circumvent or break any security mechanism, posing security risks, or engaging in any unauthorized testing or reverse-engineering of the services.
21. Liability and Damage: Using the services in a manner that may subject IVS Softtech®️ Pvt. Ltd. or any third party to liability, damages, or loss.
22. Record Alteration: Altering, damaging, or destroying the records that you are required to maintain as per the Terms of Use.

Please note that if you or others using your account violate or encourage violations of this AUP, in addition to the rights and remedies described in the Terms and Conditions of Service, IVS Softtech®️ Pvt. Ltd. may investigate such incidents and provide relevant information to affected third parties.

The above list is not exhaustive, and IVS Softtech®️ Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to determine whether the use of the services violates this AUP.
