Vector Search and retrieval on governed data. Plain-language questions answered against Gold Delta tables.

CNC machines to Lakehouse, live in a day
Our IoT gateway reads a Fanuc controller every five seconds with no machine modification. The data lands in a Databricks Medallion pipeline and comes back as live OEE, downtime analysis, alarm ranking and an automatic shift report — in a browser, on any phone, with no BI licence.
Validated on real hardware: VMC-2 at the Risansi plant in Kanpur, May 2026. Feed rate 500–900 mm/min, program O2064, 39 parts, 4:40 cycle time, 4.2% variance against standard.
Demo plant The public dashboard shows a seven-machine floor so you can see the full picture. That floor runs on synthetic Gold tables over the same architecture — the Fanuc integration behind it is real.

We take Databricks work as a delivery partner for other consultancies and SIs, co-sell alongside the Databricks field team across EMEA and APAC, and run manufacturing evaluations direct — one machine, ten days, the customer’s own data.
